Tradition & regionality:
Our cuisine: Local cuisine with grandma’s recipes, homemade and regional dishes in harmony – Proud members of the Black Forest Nature Park Hosts and Taste the South of Baden-Württemberg
We have been a family business since 1780. No wonder grandma’s traditional dishes are on the menu.
We call it home cooking: our chef still cooks here himself with his hard-working kitchen team.
We prepare our dishes for you using local produce from local producers in the old artisan tradition.
Almost everything is still homemade here: the spaetzle, our potato balls, the sauces, Maultaschen, the cakes, …
We are a member of the “Naturparkwirten Schwarzwald” & are
“Taste the South of Baden-Württemberg” restaurateur.
The aim here is to use only products from the local area, or from Baden-Württemberg, in order to strengthen agriculture, avoid long transportation routes and guarantee natural freshness. Whether juicy meat from the local butcher, crunchy vegetables and fruit from the farmer next door – the focus is always on the wealth of local produce.
